Much of the interview was taken up with providing an explanation for "the commons" as there was no direct translation for it in Japanese. Hence the following provided the only tangible answer.

APC: What is your understanding of the commons? What is the commons?

Yonghun Kwon: Air, clean air. Clean water... and knowledge and ... this should be commons.
